• Main Tower

  The main tower at Anaha consists of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floor plans with 4 and 5 bedroom bedroom penthouses. Anaha’s unique design provides a wide range of floor plans and configurations. One bedroom units will range between approx 720 - 940 sq ft, 2 bedrooms between 1,460 - 1,600 sq ft and 3 bedrooms between 1,800 - 2,500 sq ft. 

• Mid-Rise Building

  Below the tower residences you’ll 73 townhomes and flats consisting of studios, 1, and 2 bedrooms. Anaha residences do not have lanais, with the exception of some of the flats, townhome, and penthouse units. 

• Views

  Most residences in the tower will have at least some ocean views, with the ocean side 3 bedroom units having the most direct ocean views. Diamond Head views are visible over the Iconic IBM building, and unobstructed mountain views are visible from the rear residences. The mid-rise building consisting of the townhomes and studios will have less ocean and mountain views, and more city views.
