Dan Schuenke, co-founder of the Schuenke-Mroz Real Estate Team, is a dedicated Realtor with COMPASS, Hawaii's leading luxury residential brokerage. With more than a decade of experience, Dan has helped buyers and sellers from all over Oahu. Achieving numerous record-breaking sales for his sellers, Dan prides himself on providing the highest level of service to help his clients achieve their goals. Dan’s most powerful talent is understanding what it takes to make a deal happen. He emphasizes everyone's importance in the transaction and helps to orchestrate the right people from beginning to close, whether you’re a first-time home buyer, savvy investor, or seasoned seller. Before starting his real estate career in 2011, Dan attended Hawaii Pacific University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology. Upon graduating, he worked for NOAA as a fisheries observer, gathering and analyzing data to help protect the world's oceans, including working in the Bering Sea and around the Hawaiian Islands. His analytical background serves his clients to help better understand market conditions, and best strategies for beating the competition whether his clients are buying or selling.

Dan’s fascination for the oceans drew him to the Islands in 2004 from his home state of Wisconsin. Instilled with midwestern values, his hard work ethic, hospitality, and integrity can be seen through every client he serves. Dan’s ability to work well with a team began early as a multiple sport athlete competing in soccer and baseball at the premier level, traveling around the midwest. This teamwork approach, resourcefulness, and resilience continue to lead to the success of Dan’s clients.

As a bonus to his sellers, Dan is a highly skilled professional photographer who helps his clients' properties leave a lasting impression that will stand out against the competition. His real estate photos have been featured on the covers of real estate magazines distributed around the state. The level of detail that goes into his approach to marketing his clients' homes has proven to be successful in attracting more buyers while selling quickly and for the highest amount possible.

With the desire to elevate his already high level of service, Dan teamed up with Greg Mroz in 2019, and the Schuenke-Mroz team was born. Since then, Dan and Greg have helped buyers win in multiple offer situations and have broken record sales prices for their sellers. Greg Mroz is an actively-licensed Realtor-Associate with Elite Pacific Properties, the #1 Luxury Residential boutique Brokerage on Oahu. Greg lives now in Downtown Honolulu but he has helped his clients with properties located in all corners of the Island: Kapolei, Makikilo, Ewa Beach, Waialua, Haleiwa, Mililani and many of Honolulu's neighborhoods like Makiki, Kaka'ako, Ala Moana, Waikiki, Manoa, Kahala, Hawaii Kai as well as Kailua on the Windward side of Oahu. 

Prior to getting his license in 2010 and starting a career in the real estate industry, Greg studied at the University of Hawaii at Manoa where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Shidler College of Business. He also pursued a minor in Economics. Born and raised in Szczecin, Poland, Greg grew up swimming and dreaming about representing the Polish National Team at the Olympics. In 2000 he missed the Sydney qualifying time by half a second! He didn't give up and continued to train, winning the Polish Nationals and representing the Polish Team at the European Championships. After graduating from high-school in 2002 he decided to study in the US. One year later he was a freshman at the California State University Bakersfield where he lead his team in winning the NCAA Division II Championship title.

In 2004 Greg moved to Hawaii and hasn't looked back. Years of hard work and dedication were rewarded with a full-ride athletic scholarship. Greg represented the University of Hawaii Men's Swim Team for three years and swam 100, 200, 500, 1,000 and 1,650 Freestyle as well as 400 Individual Medley and Team Relays. As a Junior in 2006/2007, he earned the Corey Carroll Outstanding Award for holding the team's best mark in four different events, something he's much more proud of than winning medals. After graduating and before starting his real estate career, Greg volunteered with the Team as one of the head-coach's ondeck assistants. Eighteen-plus years of everyday training, traveling, competing, then moving to the other side of the World at age of 18, helped Greg grow and evolve a refined set of skills to distinguish himself from other real estate professionals.
