Kakaako
Built in 2016, The Collection is comprised of, studio loft units, multi level Townhomes, and 1-3 bedroom units located in the 43 story tower. Located across the street from SALT Kakaako, there is always something to do, different coffee to taste, and new restaurants to enjoy. Developed by Alexander and Baldwin, The Collection offers a well thought out design with spectacular views from nearly every unit.
The Collection tower consists of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. Most floors have two 1-bedroom units, two 3-bedrooms units, and six 2-bedroom units. Depending on the side of the building, your views will face either Diamond Head with Mountain to ocean views, or Ewa with Mountain to ocean, along with Harbor views. The floor to ceiling windows help bring in tons of natural light while taking advantage of the incredible views.
The Collection studios are located along Ala Moana Blvd and offer a separate entrance and separate amenities. The well planned layout makes the studios feel like a one bedroom with the living space separate from the "bedroom" space.
Finally, the Townhomes offer your own private entrance, garage and rooftop lanai. If you're looking for more space these are one of a kind townhomes you won't find anywhere else in town. One thing to keep in mind however, Townhome residents do not have access to the Tower's amenities.
