The building design was done in collaboration with Gensler, Architects Hawaii Ltd. and local based Philpotts Interiors. Completed in 2016 this mixed used luxury residential building sits on the corner of Ward Avenue and Kapiolani blvd. Anchoring the building, you’ll find “Velocity” a multi-story luxury car showroom, “Viaggio” an Italian restaurant, and “Italica bar and cafe”
The Symphony residences consist of hardwood floors, quartz counters, european inspired kitchen cabinets, floor to ceiling windows and stainless steel appliances. You’ll find spacious 672 sq ft 1 bedrooms units, 2 bedrooms between approx 1142 - 1278sq ft, and 3 bedrooms between approx 1500 - 1650 sq ft. There is even a Grand Penthouse 4 bedroom with nearly 2,700 sq ft. Most units do not have lanais, and those that do are not very usable with standing room only. Set back from the ocean you will get distant ocean views on higher floors, and mountain views from the Mauka side of the building.
The Symphony is conveniently located on the corner of Ward Ave and Kapiolani Blvd directly across the street from the Blaisdell Concert and Exhibition Hall. Located on the outer boundaries of Kakaako, The Symphony is a 5-10 minute walk to Ward Village and 10-15 minute walk to Ala Moana Mall.
