We understand that selling your home is a big decision and we recommend interviewing multiple agents to determine who is the best fit for you. We are confident in our abilities to stand out from the rest. 

Questions to ask during your interview

  • What are your plans to prepare my property for market?
  • What kind of support do you have from your brokerage?
  • What is your strategy for pricing my property?
  • Will you stage and professionally photograph my property? May I see examples of your previous listings?
  • Will you be present for ALL showings or will you just use a lock box?
  • Will you be present for ALL inspections?
  • Will you be present for the appraisal and provide comps to help support our sales price?

Every successful process starts with preperation. Your home is your largest asset and it should be treated this way. Taking the time to prepare your home for the market is critical if you want to successfully sell quickly, and for top dollar. Cleaning, touch-ups, painting, and other small tasks will quickly add value to your home. We have a list of great vendors whom we work closely with and can recommend to you. Spending a little money upfront can save you money in the long run. We will never recommend spending money that won't ultimately make you money.  Preparation also means managing expectations. We won't always tell you what you want to hear, but we will always be honest with you!

You only get one chance to make a first impression

We have been asked by nearly every buyer if we will include the furnishings with the sale because when they walk into our listings, they feel like they are already home. Staging plays a key role in our success generating record sale prices. We carefully plan out the design, and use high end pieces to showcase your property at its absolute best. 

Professional Photography

Every buyer's search begins online. We only have a split second to capture a buyers attention and we do this through some of the best professional photography in the industry. Thoughtfully planned out photos taken during the best light will guaranty to make a lasting impression on any buyer. Not all "professional photographers" are created equal, so be sure to ask for examples of previous listings while interviewing multiple agents.

Virtual Tour Videos

Video is becoming increasingly popular and capturing the attention of buyers around the globe. Real estate videos are fun to watch, but we take it a step further. We will capture video of your home while walking the buyer through the space and pointing out its unique features. Our virtual tour videos make the buyer feel as if they are in the home even if they are half way around the world. With many buyers buying properties site unseen, this is a must have for every property.

Now that the preparations have been completed, it's time to let EVERYONE know just how great your property is, and why they need it! Our listing concierge team at Corcoran Pacific Properties help prepare professional quality marking materials, including property fliers, post cards, and email blasts to thousands of other brokers. Social media is now playing a key role in capturing buyers for your property. Our brokerage routinely posts our listings on their social media pages because they stand out amongst all others. In addition, we will create our own posts and ads that are shared with thousands of potential buyers. Make the first impression count by capturing as many buyers as possible within the first few days. Being proactive is the best way to find the best buyer for your property.


There is NO substitute for being present during the entire sales process. This means at least one of us is present during ALL showings. Simply setting up a lock box and allowing buyers agents to show on their own is a disservice to you as a seller. We are there to SELL the property and get real time feedback from the buyer. You will leave money on the table if your agent can not be present because they have a volume based business with over 75 listings to facilitate at one time. Discount brokers have their place in the market, but if you're a seller who wants to net an overall higher amount, your agent must be present. 

Not only is it important to be present during showings, but we are always present for all inspections and appraisals. Appraisals are often times the biggest hurdle after the home inspection. Providing the right comps and sharing our knowledge and list of upgrades to justify the sales price can save you thousands of dollars. Our process has time and time again produced record breaking results.
