In addition, we will create our own posts and ads that are shared with thousands of potential buyers. There is NO substitute for being present during the entire sales process. This means at least one of us is present during ALL showings. Simply setting up a lock box and allowing buyers agents to show on their own is a disservice to you as a seller. We are there to SELL the property and get real time feedback from the buyer. You will leave money on the table if your agent can not be present because they have a volume based business with over 75 listings to facilitate at one time. Discount brokers have their place in the market, but if you're a seller who wants to net an overall higher amount, your agent must be present.
