As a previous resident of the building, Dan has nothing but good things to say about The Collection and its location. The residences are bright and comfortable, with unbeatable views for the price point. Each tower residence comes with a storage locker in the parking garage which is always an added bonus with any condo.
The convenience of The Collection's location is one of our favorite aspects of this building. Located across the street from SALT Kakaako, you'll be walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and boutiques. Some of our favorites include, Moku Kitchen, 9Bar, ARVO Cafe, Butcher and Bird, and we can't forget The Village Bottle Shop owned by one of our mortgage partners from Smart Money Inc.
